Welcome to the Indian River School! I am very excited to have the opportunity to be working in the Mascoma Valley Regional School District once again. Middle school is a very important time in a child's life and here at IRS, we are dedicated to making sure we honor this time by providing a research and evidence based curriculum through teaching strategies that are proven to work with adolescents. Our goal is to make sure that students and families have what they need to succeed. Our website is one way that we can provide clear and consistent communication to all. Another way in which we will be communicating this year is through our newsletter. The monthly newsletters can be found on our Indian River "Our School" and "News" pages. There will also be a weekly communication sent to families with upcoming events for the week, and any other pertinent information. This will be found in our "News" page as well. The IRS calendar will also have our updated events and schedules. I hope that you will find this new website to be a clear and consistent pathway to open communication.
